The present study was focused to evaluate the phytochemical screening and biochemical estimation of ethanolic aqueous extracts edible nuts Arachis hypogea, Anacardium occidentale, Prunus dulcis Juglans regia. showed presence carbohydrate, protein, phenol tannin, flavonoid, glycoside, steroid, alkaloid in all studied nuts. quantification A. hypogeae, P. J. regia were performed determine total amount protein phenol. highest Carbohydrate occidentale (244.7 ± 6.3 mg GLC/g), Protein content highly (455.14 3.7 BSA/g) Phenol (355.78 7.2 GAE/g).
